Job Title: Customer Service Representative
Job Description:
This position will be responsible for managing customer service interactions for a start-up medical device company, and for supporting day-to-day office operations. Candidates must be proficient with the Microsoft Office suite of software as well as having a basic understanding of databases. The candidate must be willing to work as part of a fast paced team environment and should be able to multi-task and “wear several hats.” The position will require providing excellent telephonic customer service and support, processing customer orders, generating and organizing customer billing and other administrative tasks.
Skills and Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of relevant experience
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Data entry experience
- Small company or start-up company experience a plus.
- Organized, reliable and willing to pitch in when needed
